The device stops working on the programmed schedule. The app will not open and tells me my password isn’t correct but never sends the reset code to my phone or email!

Only Bluetooth Connection works. Menu options for QR and WiFi are available but neither work. If you intend to control the device remotely get a different device with a better app.
