This is literally worse than useless. It’s like listening to a distant tin can echo of chest sounds with no diagnostic utility even in a young person who is skinny with a strong heartbeat. Tried it on a few older patients and literally could hear nothing even with AirPods Pro. I will be reporting them to FDA especially with the 25% restocking fee for a inherently defective medical device that should never be marked in the United States
