Since they become resound, they’re horrible. They won’t help you anymore. They don’t care they basically tell you well we’re sorry you need help but we can’t do anything for you cause your account is not old enough to do anything with. We know you’ve got an address on file to send things too, but we don’t send anything until you’re at least 30 days into it. Well the damn company’s not even 30 days old. Unfriendly unhelpful uncaring bank.

CFCU has gone above and beyond for me having dealt with them during a certain set of circumstances that I was going through. I can’t say enough good things. I want a card with my picture on it for heightened security purposes. I wish you would consider that option Thanks so much. All things considered I guess my gripe that I have is small, but every three months I need to drive to Hendersonville to get a new card due to the chip going bad. I need another one. It’s going to be my fourth or fifth card. Why does this continue to happen. I’ve talked to other csfcu patrons who have the same issues. Why can’t this permanently be fixed?

We live 45 minutes from a Cornerstone brick and mortar location, but we do have decent Internet…the online banking seems to be constantly improving…to quote the Beatles,” It’s getting better all the time!”
