Wellness War

Making a lifestyle change is challenging. Sometimes your overall goal seems so big that it feels overwhelming and impossible.

Wellness War is designed to inspire people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or autism to reach their goals by breaking them down into small challenges and celebrating each win.

• Share your challenge with a friend to help keep you motivated and accountable.
• Challenges last one week and can be repeated as many times as desired to reach or maintain your goal.
• “Check-in” each day to reinforce self-reporting and personal responsibility.
• Celebrate each victory with a trophy when you complete a challenge!
