Put in the right phone number won’t let you put in 10 numbers

I tried to order an item from Microsoft Edge on my computer… Safari on my iPhone and from the app. None of them work. I called customer service and they said that place order button works for them. Yet it doesn’t in the two browsers I tried. The app doesn’t even give you the option to add anything to a shopping cart. I will try calling back today to see if I get someone who will report the issue to IT.
