However, they consistently cite intrusive advertising (including middle-of-game ads and ads even when paying to remove them), a pushy monetization model, and occasionally unsolvable or extremely hard levels that force purchases. Reported bugs (sound issues, ads glitches, device overheating) and recurring theme of Christmas only updates further frustrate players. Despite these issues, many still find the core game enjoyable and fun.

I’ve sent a few inquires, I’m in level 3591. Since the update a few weeks ago, when I’m playing, I will have moves but the ‘unable to clear’ comes up forcing me to quit or use one of my tools. I’ve got several screenshots of this and attached to the in game support chat. Please fix this! I love this game, but I feel like I’m being tipped off. I won’t purchase any tools or packages until this fixed.
