Terrible app, can’t change the size of the model

Every now and then the app would ask you to create a new profile that costs 120 tokens and the app only gives you 60 renewable tokens. I have paid 120 tokens 3 times and it’s asking me to create another profile for the fourth time or else I can’t create new AI images or videos . There is no support options either, feedback hasn’t been working for me at all so basically I have no other option but to pay 120 tokens to create new profile. This flaw needs to be fixed and support options needs to be added to avoid this problem.
