The app itself is a great idea. Unfortunately it is USELESS unless you have a cat. They constantly offer promos & bonuses for cat only products. They also offer multiple cat toys & rewards for points yet dogs remain with zero options. They have a couple weak options for small dogs but not over 50 pounds. The one time I saw a large dog option I clicked it & as soon as I clicked redeem points the page went blank & never loaded. I contacted support & Nicole said “oh, I’m not sure what happened” so, if you have cats this is a great option for you. If you are like me & have large dogs that you spend way too much on don’t expect Purina to offer you any rewards for your loyalty. If you have a cat you can rack up a bunch of bonuses. I have redeemed points that were going to expire on cat items that I simply donate. Otherwise my points would expire & I’d have nothing. If you have large dogs this app is basically useless to you. Don’t waste your storage space on your phone. This app should be called the Purina Cat Rewards App. When it comes to dogs just skip it.
