I NEVER do anyone else’s workouts but my own but I decided to give it a try. I found some of these splits to be strange.. but they WORK. Boy do they work. I’ve enjoyed everything about this app and the abundance of knowledge it provides is unparalleled. Great investment in my health.

Ross has had some great content and another of great experiences, he has been able to bundle them all up in the app. With the detail that not only outlines the what to do, he educates you on the “why”. True growth and sustainability comes from adherence, and adherence truly comes when someone grasps hold of knowledge. The app gives you the tools to help with the knowledge foundation. Looking forward to seeing what the applications of these practices and knowledge being!

This is a fantastic training app, programs are great with detailed videos and articles. Ultimately having the ability to ask Ross a question and have him respond within 24 hours puts this app above the rest. The support is incredible, if there’s an issue it’s usually solved by tech support within a day too. I recommend this app to anyone!
