Vi’s Talent Scout app gives users the ability to refer friends and family as well as easily share open jobs on their social media accounts. Vi employees can view internal job opportunities across all our locations and apply directly for them. The app gives users visibility into the status of their referrals, the number of points they’ve earned and when referral bonuses are expected to be paid.
