This app is very convenient when it actually works. For the first year I had no issues, now over the past few months I regularly open the app to find I’ve been logged out even though I have the login information saved. And because our user access is through my husband’s Gmail, when I try to log back in the app will often require verification from his personal device. I understand the security measures, but it’s extremely inconvenient when my husband is busy working and I’m trapped under a sleeping baby and need to adjust the thermostat.

I’ve been contacting Tricon since my app stopped working and I cannot access the thermostat on my app. Which means I can’t change my schedule for when is on and when it’s off. “IT” keeps saying the same bs.. “restart your phone, delete the app.. etc” which I have done and I’m paying for a fee that I cannot even truly even use. I keep getting the error something went wrong and it cannot even fully resolve the issue.
