Let me be clear — I am not a fan of Tricon. For many reasons. The app, though, is outstanding.

I love the upgraded app! Easy to pay rents, submit maintenance tickets, adjust my thermostat and lock/unlock the electronic door lock. I can even set and cancel pin/access codes. One feature it’s missing is the ability to contact the landlord/property manager via email or chat.
