My Swim Splits

Myswimsplits provides access to a range of calculators to help swimmers and coaches understand and compare their performance.

• Swim pace calculator (options for meters or yards, MIN/100YDS and MIN/100M)
  • can be used in three different ways to calculate Pace, Time and Distance.
• CSS (Critical Swim Speed calculator)
  • can be used to calculate a swimmer's Critical Swim Speed (CSS) or Threshold Pace if they know their PB for 200 or 400 YDS or MTRS.
• Speed calculator
  • can be used to calculate average speed in m/s, fps, y/s, km/h, mph.
• Race review calculator
  • can be used to review the swimmers splits against the ideal splits for each Olympic event.
• Medley relay calculator
  • can be used for coaches to quickly compose the fastest relay team available to them, they can enter up to six swimmers, their PBs for each event and the fastest relay combination will generate.
• Swim time converter
  • can be used by swimmers or coaches to convert swim time between short course meters (SCM), short course yards (SCY) and long course meters (LCM).
