The timer does not work at all. Pointless app

After finishing one set of exercises, the program promises new exercises “tomorrow “, but frequently tomorrow is more than one day. It is very unreliable. Also, the daily exercises are very repetitive and do not encourage significant growth or challenges. In fact week 5 looks almost exactly the same as week one. Same old Squeeze and Relax routine without any changes in the exercises. After 7 weeks I am still doing the same routine. Don’t bother complaining bc there is no one listening.

Who designed this app? I’ve tried my hardest to be patient, but this app makes no sense to me. Firstly, I’ve been performing the “exercises” for 29 weeks now. Do they ever change? Secondly, the “squeeze and hold” time keeps gradually increasing (Day 6 always appears to be the longest). So, if I perform the “exercises” (I keep putting them in quotations for a reason) for another 29 weeks, will I be spending two hours a day with this app? Three hours? Who has enough time in a day for that? Moreover, even professional athletes alter their routines or take days off. This app offers neither. It seems to me like there was zero thought put into this whole design.
