It is an application-based community where prospective members submit an application; after review by our board of creatives and internal team, acceptance can occur at any time. NOVA is exactly what this creative gig economy needs right now. Creatives sourcing other creatives. Post jobs, get jobs. It’s fantastic and filled a major void that’s hard to imagine not previously existing!
