Until I purchased the RO on subscription basis used to get regular calls after that after sales support is horrible. After 1st installation the water is leaking from inside the machine. Called the Technician and still no support raised a service request and no one has attended also. Be careful before purchasing outright. Better to return the machine . Go for other service providers
