Chart/data issues and stock visibility: missing historical data, changes to charts, some stocks not appearing

Great interface to trade however i wish the pricing of transactions and fees could be more transparent and easy to follow I had paid money earlier and now it is asking me to pay again saying that this has life time validity If that is correct then what was last time payment for?
