It helps improve motor and cognitive abilities, neurological conditions, and any emotional challenges in children (age from 6 months) and adults through sound, colour therapy and exercises.

By using sound music, motor skills exercises and colour therapy (together or separate) it helps to relax your mind and body. By keeping the mind calm you are then able to see life more clearly, why not give it a try.
