I liked the other format much better than this one. It seems to take longer, and the images are smaller unless I turn my phone sideways. I easily get disconnected if my screen goes dormant. I just liked the other one much better that has smaller thumbnails. on this one once I open it. Every picture I look at has to be downloaded and then once I get the video going I’m like two seconds in and it has to download again. very frustrating

They were able to fix the issue very fast. Both cameras are working great. Going to suggest to my clients to buy these cameras for wildlife and security problems they run into!

The camera works ok, but the WiFi connection doesn’t work unless you’re right next to the camera. The biggest issue I have is the delayed trigger! The lowest setting is 5 seconds and there should be a trigger delay setting of 0! At least on video settings. 5 seconds is a long time when animals are moving. They brag about a .2 trigger time which is absolutely useless with a 5 second delay. So stupid! I have more empty video shots than anything. That’s why I rate it at 1 star.
