Since the update all stories start with chapter 2

Not sure if you guys will respond because no one has ever responded to anything I say but this is the first time this has happened to me but when I try to login it tells me that my account has been squeezed out whatever that means! I love these stories but can’t sign in, please help? How do I say this but I am signed in but now the problem is I can’t go any further than chapter 26 and then wants me to buy coins, which I don’t have money to buy coins and I have bonus points, but it still won’t let me go any further into the story so somebody needs to fix this
