المراجعات تُظهر تجربة سلبية في الغالب، حيث تتكرر مشاكل الاشتراك والدفع وعدم إمكانية المشاهدة رغم الدفع، ومشاكل تسجيل الدخول وتفعيل الحساب، ونقص المحتوى أو انعدام قنوات البث المباشر وعدم ثبات جودة البث، إضافة إلى قيود المنصة والدعم السيئ وارتفاع الأسعار. هناك بعض الإشادات القليلة بأن التطبيق جيد ويوصى به، لكن المشكلات تتفوق في التغطية وتوفر المحتوى وموثوقية الخدمة.
