LetSync: Let’s Synch on Health

The following modules have been developed to promote communication of significant issues between couples and support each other along the way:

1. Roulette game: allows users and their partner to connect through an interactive card game that can be played online or in person.
2. My Action Plan – MAP: allows the user to set goals to improve their medical wellness, by creating reasonable strategies, actions, and related important topics such as medicine cabinet, medical appointments and notifications, this module is a guide to keep focus and ask for help to ensure good results in medical treatments.
3. Digital Pill Case: allows users to register, organize and keep tracking of all their medicine cabinet.
4. Appointment Minder: allows users to register, manage and track their medical appointments.
5. Our Story: allows the user to register and share their personal journey alone and when their partner.
