I’ve been a user for more than a year and experience service disruption repeatedly that has me pull my hair out. Helium doesn’t throttle; it completely blocks use of personal wifi. The phone becomes useless. No human customer support. It takes days to resolve issues. Before signing up, have a long conversation with AI about the reasons people LEAVE Helium, and you’ll understand.

I have already had this issue once where it saved the wrong card on file or it isn’t the right one. Fine I can get past this, but as soon as the payment doesn’t go through it throttles my internet immediately so I can’t actually solve the issue by myself and make my payment. Then on top of that to change my billing details I have to contact support instead of being able to change the info by myself. At least give me half an hour to actually fix the issue instead of just not giving me warning I don’t even need a whole day just a couple minutes so I can change the details. Genuinely frustrating as soon as my promo finishes up in December I’m switching to mint mobile done dealing with this.
