I had three lines with Helium and honestly they all worked great for the most part except for one. I had a tech issue with one for over six months, and I reached out every single month. And every single month, they assured me that it was resolved. Yet every single month one of my family members lines would cut out just a few days before his cycle would end. This made the service unreliable for my family and sadly we had to jump ship.

They say it best. You’ll probably regret the decision to sign up. You can’t cancel and they keep charging your card like some kind of corporate parasite.
