Furbulous

TLDR// There is no way to turn off/on specific notifications. I’m being bombarded with useless notifications and miss important ones. This is my 3rd Furbulous litter box, and I was one of the initial crowd-funders several years ago. I have four cats and this has truly been a lifesaver for me, especially in a smaller home. Over the years, a lot of the mechanical glitches in the box itself have been fixed and customer service has been very helpful! I genuinely love this litter box and it has made my life easier! BUT, this app is not very user friendly. This app has one notification setting for multiple alerts — such ‘cleaning completed’, ‘cat used litter box’, ‘Trash bag full’, etc. There is no way to turn off/on certain notifications. I get upwards of 100 notifications a day from this app, and 95% of them are noise. My biggest issue is that the ‘Trash Bag Full’ notification gets lost in the sea of notifications and I’m unable to quickly act and auto-pack the trash for dumping. There is one (1!!) notification that says the trash is full. So, sometimes the litter box is sitting for hours or days without cleaning itself all the while I’m still being bombarded with other Furbulous notifications that make it appear like the box is in full working order. I would love 1) a notification on/off toggle, and 2) multiple, timed (hourly?) ‘trash full’ notifications that persist until cleared by auto packing and taking out the trash. I have attempted to create my own ‘shortcuts’ on iPhone to solve this problem with no avail. All other ‘shortcut’ services/apps are also unhelpful.

Guys if it signs you out and it says you're not registered, set your region to mainland china and log in again since thats the default and it should work!
