Smart Choice Care

Smart Choice Care started as an advocacy group in 2018, serving the CALD community, helping groups who are more vulnerable and need their voice heard. During our commitment, we received overwhelming response from the community which enabled us to transition into becoming a fully registered NDIS provider in 2020.

Smart Choice Care now provides a wide range of NDIS services including supported independent living, community participation, assistance with daily living and respite services. We pride ourselves in going above and beyond for our participants as some of our management team members have family individuals who are vulnerable.
