I purchased a lifetime full license which allows you to bundle devices. But it does not work. Customers service is not very helpful. There is also no way to map buttons to my TV remote. Pressing the OK/center button does nothing. Disappointing and a waste of time.

I cannot trigger virtual touch control by pressing and holding on the screen to allow me to flip channel when in full screen. Finger swapping up or down on the screen also doesn’t work. Plz fix this issue!
