PILATES HUMAN

PILATES HUMAN offers a variety of live and on demand classes (Mat, Reformer and Tower). Each class is a unique experience. Classes are all open level. Why? Because the expectation is that all students are fully autonomous. We take a "choose your own adventure" strategy to group class. In our view, being a good listener makes a student "advanced;” it’s not the strongest or the most flexible. PILATES HUMAN teaches students to learn to stop and make good choices for themselves in real-time to become the most capable, agile, and resilient version of self.
