I downloaded and tried this app. It is strictly to get you to subscribe to their magazine. From my experience, all of the articles I tried to open were behind paywalls. So if you are not subscribed, the app is unusable.

This is a good publication and tool but why hasn’t Forbes published this yet? Usually every March the rating, which assesses financial viability of US colleges, is provided.
