I was truly impressed by the various features to assist one in manifesting and actualizing their goals. However, when the screen appeared to promote a 3 Day Free Trial, the only option you have is to select the premium subscription of $39.99 a year. This is promoted as a charge that will occur AFTER you try the app for the 3 day free trial period, if you decide to keep the premium subscription. However, instead of being given a 3 Day Free Trial, my Apple Card was charged $39.99 immediately. I was perplexed at the fact that no where on the app (from what I could tell) was there a link to contact customer support, or a representative for any type of issue or discrepancy. One would think that the management and developers of the app would want their consumers to feel as if it is user friendly. Taking a person’s money before a free trial is made available is completely unacceptable. Therefore, I am giving a negative review for process and management. Seeing as though I have been forced to have the app for a year, a review of its overall content and use of the app will have to be done at a later date.
