I understand needing to make a return on your app, yall probably put a bunch of money into the development of this app and need to make your money back. However, I don’t believe the way you’ll make it back is by charging people to export what you advertised as being easy to use and in turn - most people believed it was most likely free. If you are making a slide show of just your photos, with nothing else on it, you shouldn’t have to be charged to export it. Your app would easily be spread by word of mouth if it was free, easy to use and unique. It already is the latter two, you just need to lighten up on the grasp premium has.

App is difficult to use. When you open the subscription plan apparently there are plans starting as low as $14 which was never an option. After requesting a refund one day later via Apple, I was denied.
