Most reviewers praise IMS Care for scheduling/communication usefulness and ease of use, but the majority cite serious login and backend connection issues, limited data access (no PHI/lab results), region/provider search problems, and overall poor usability and performance. Pros

Useful for scheduling and communicating with the clinic staff.
Very easy to use.

Cons

Frequent login/authentication failures and inconsistent login flow (biometric or passcode not working; login prompts requiring clinic name/ID/ZIP can be confusing).
Serious backend connectivity problems causing features to fail (RabbitMQ errors; account creation and loading appointments/refills fail; app cannot reach servers).
Cannot access PHI through the portal and there is no option to view lab results.
Region restrictions and difficulty locating doctors/clinics within the app.
Poor usability and slow performance (hard to set up, unfriendly UI, app loads slowly).
