The KF Rewards app is praised for food quality, friendly staff, and generally useful rewards, plus convenient ordering when it works. Major recurring problems include inability to cancel online orders, inventory/substitution issues, unstable loyalty accounts, frequent checkout errors, and missing items on delivery, all of which erode the app experience.

Pros

Food quality and freshness are consistently good (kolaches and breakfast items).
Friendly, helpful in-store staff and positive service experiences.
Rewards program offers good value and is generally easy to use when functioning.
Ordering via the app is convenient and easy to use when the system is working.

Cons

In-app cancellation and order modification are not possible or poorly supported.
Online orders frequently show out-of-stock items or are substituted without confirmation.
Loyalty/rewards/account system is unstable (invalid tokens, mixed-up accounts, manual points).
Checkout and payment processes produce frequent errors (Paytronics codes, can't add cards).
Delivery orders often arrive incomplete with missing items and refund/delivery-fee issues.

Recent reviews

The graphics look outdated but besides that it works like a charm every time. I do wish the rewards were slightly more intuitive and you could see what rewards you qualify for and can automatically choose that reward with points. But I can’t complain KF brings me nostalgia every time I am able to get it. Just wish the app was more polished.
