I booked a puja with the expectation that there will be a live cam that would allow me to listen to the chanting. You have not even posted any Live Photos of the puja as indicated in your email and on the app. There is no feedback or opportunity for participation in any way. I don't even know if there is an actual puja happening. This was quite disappointing. We would have liked to hear the 23000 Shani Bhagwan chants.

Do jot thrust these people. I paid for services that promised follow up with videos and all of puja performed. Despite payment nothing was delivered. I contacted the provider multiple times by email and received no response from them. Based on my experience, the service was not performed as promised, and they did not bother you replying any of my emails.
