John at Macstories recommended this app. I was using Launcher but the visible loading of shortcut screen was very distracting. Lock Launcher fixed this with direct load and it’s fast. I also struggled with the launcher widget in config mode when I pulled my phone out of my pocket. There are so many options in this app. I don’t think I’ll use them all but it’s nice to have them I am highly recommending this app. Well worth the price

It’s a shame the dock needs to be refreshed, but that isn’t the fault of the developer. The interface is a bit confusing, especially for new users, but everything seems to work well once it’s set up. I like that the Dynamic Island icons appear as a menu extra on my Mac and it even shows me the dock when clicked.
