The RedRabbit Inspection App gives you an easy and efficient way of doing property inspections. Using the app you can:

• View your scheduled inspections • Access the property information you need for your inspection on your device • Inspect a property using checklists • Add areas on the go, while using the default checklists set up for your company • Add time-stamped photos to any checklist item to clearly indicate the condition of the item • Let the tenant, agent or landlord sign directly in the app • Reuse checklists and photos for back-to-back exit/entry inspections • Once your inspection is completed it can be uploaded to your RedRabbit portal where you are able to generate reports and open maintenance tickets directly from the inspection.
