Jenna has done an incredible job creating intentional workouts. She also makes it a priority to allow the client to customize what we need to, whether that’s change the day of a workout, add/substitute an exercise, having banded options for when you’re on vacation, to encouraging soulful days! I have tried a few different work out programs/apps but I have to say, Good Body has been a true favorite! The app is very user friendly but even more, the work outs are awesome. I love how I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do when I get to the gym, Jenna has done it all for us! I also appreciate being able to choose the length of my work out and the modifications she provides are so helpful. I previously had been in a working out rut but this app has helped tremendously. It’s more than just making sure you move your body, but a focus on your total wellbeing. I am so grateful to have found Jenna & Good Body through instagram.
