I got Maven after my kitty, Jesse had a major surgery when he ate some hair ties before he was even a year old. I wanted a way to be able to track his activity when I’m not with him, and Maven is amazing for that! It’s helped me notice Jesse’s head-shaking, which let me know to ask the vet to check his ears! It helps me know that my boy is getting enough sleep and enough playtime! The Maven team is also so so helpful! They’re incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and always prompt at communication! The Maven team helped Jesse and I out with transferring his old data to a new sensor, and they were with us every step of the way to make sure everything worked perfectly! I would recommend Maven to any pet parent- not just for babies who have health issues that need a little extra monitoring, but for anyone who wants to keep an extra eye on their pet!

This is a pain in the behind!! I can’t get a phone number to call for support. They do email me back and tell me the same directions that were on the package…so unhelpful. I’m totally let down as of right now. I hope they make it right.
