Piggy Kingdom - Match 3 Games

I love playing this game and enjoy all the side games. I’ve been playing for years. I recently purchased a new iPad and even though I was signed into the cloud, and all my other games downloaded just fine, I couldn’t sign in at my current progress. My account is still showing active with all my purchased coins and items as well as my high level score. I can see myself it in the team I’m a member of but I still can’t access it. So I know my account is still live and available. However, I’m unable to join my team again because I don’t meet the levels completed requirement. I’ve sent multiple messages to tech support and an email through the App Store but I haven’t heard one response to correct the issue. I truly don’t think the tech support option or email is real at this point. If you want to play a game with no ties and to pass the time then this is the app for you. But if you like to make in app purchases, sadly I do more often then I’d like to admit, or like to join a team, then I don’t recommend it.

Trying to complete the rescue mission but it’s telling me I need to compete 3 times . I don’t compete . Please change this . I never complete the rescue mission because of this
