We did alot of research about starting this with our family and were ready to start full force. The app seemed easy at first but once you start all the bugs start showing up. Everytime you log in, it acts like your first time with a tutorial. One of my kids does not get paid. If you don’t pay them the same day, the money disappears. It also doesn’t let me edit some gigs. The ai chat bot does not work but it gives you an option to email the company and they never got back to us. It’s almost like the app has been abandoned. We were even willing to use the pay version but never received that option. We are now doing everything by hand, something which Mr Donnell said this would stream line. Like I said, we love the concept, but the app is terrible.
