The app does not connect, it will not let me enter the full pairing code, it is short one space and then it freezes when I try to scan the QR code, or just takes me to the beginning of the app.

My phone won’t connect to the game after many tries and I even deleted both apps on my phone and on my ps5 but it did absolutely nothing. The scan won’t work at all even though my phone and console are connected to the same WiFi, and the pair code has a 9 digit number meanwhile I can only put 8 digits into the app so I can’t even finish the pairing code to log in.
