CWRU security officers drive all on-demand Safe Ride vehicles.

The tab that shows shuttles works great. The SafeRide is terrible. Predictions are so inaccurate they might as well not even be there. Notifications haven’t worked since last update, 9 months ago. For a school full of engineers, I’d expect better.

Wait times are inaccurate so you wait by the door only for it to increase and decrease. Better luck walking in the cold. How is there such a bad app at a school teaching computer science?
