Skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews but I have nothing but good to say for this app. I made a request for some added functionality and Luis put the change in almost immediately. You don’t get that with many apps. I know he’s working on more updates and excited to see what comes next.

I really wanted to like Lista. Because the app offers nice features for resellers. Unfortunately, their customer support has been extremely disappointing. I encountered serious issues with duplicate listings after following the apps prompts. Since then I have sent multiple emails requesting help and answers to questions with no response from customer support. With no response from them at all. Being totally ignored. When you’re using an app with multiple cross listings across several selling platforms, customer support is essential to a reseller. It has been incredibly frustrating. I cannot justify paying for an app when the company does not provide support for its customers. Good software needs good support and right now that support has been absent
