Wetac Pro

The Wetac Pro app is developed for registration and warranty requests of our batteries.

Features:

• Register your batteries via the QR code on the battery.
• Check your registered batteries of your customers.
• Create warranty claims for your purchased batteries.

If you register the batteries, you always have insight into when you delivered the batteries at your customer and you can also link a characteristic of your customer.

You can also submit warranty applications using the menu option “Request”. Fill in the requested fields press send and we will contact you.
