Just like the employee’s of Arundel mills, it doesn’t work. Information isn’t conveyed properly or executed in a timely manner. In emergency situations no one can help until you submit a request, even though in standing in front of you.

During the latest Ice storms the employees couldn't get any updates from the mall due to issues with the app. Please ditch this and go back to the phone/text/email communication system.

They need to update this app because I can’t even log in without it saying my internet connection is bad or that my login credentials are invalid when everything is right…
