Stint for Partners

Stint for Partners delivers a flexible, reliable workforce for hospitality businesses through short shifts that align with your 2–3 hour peak periods. Build your own Stint Team from 250,000+ Stinters who live near your sites, selected by proximity, schedule, and personality. Workers upload a 30–60 second intro video, and you hand-pick who completes a Trial at your venue. After two Trial Stints, you decide if they join your team, and after a few weeks your ideal short-shift roster is formed.

Proven impact: reduce labor percentage and recruiting time, increase table turnover and spend per head, and lower churn and staff stress. Short Stints help prevent understaffing and overstaffing by turning long shifts into efficient, two-hour blocks that fit your busiest hours. Ready to optimize? Email help@stint.co.
