Sublime MRP

Sublime MRP allows small businesses to manage their simple product manufacturing from the intake of raw material to the final product out the door.

This app also works with WiFI based thermal printers (such as the FreeX WiFi Printer) to generate barcodes for:

• Raw material before processing (Chopped, cooked, packaged, etc)
• Storage of processed raw material (dried, cooked, etc)
• Final product packaging

In addition, the app supports scanning labels throughout the process flow in order to automatically bring up screens in the app to complete the next step in the production lifecycle.

One sample case is Acme Salsa Plant: Purchasing of raw food (tomatoes, onions, etc) from suppliers will first be chopped and stored according to their purchase lots (processing label), then cooked and put in intermediate storage containers (reserve label), and then finally heat sealed in final product jars (final product labels with expiration dates).

All final product labels are unique but can be tied back to their original purchase lot in case of contamination tracking so that any remaining affected product can be pulled from the shelves.
