People of all ages become gamers, finding an immersive, enjoyable and challenging world that they can relax in. But as younger gamers are born, how can they find balance between gaming and making sure that they can keep their free time healthy and varied? Sweaty Gamer asks gamers to pause their gaming sessions just for a moment, so that they can do a quick and fun guided workout without even leaving the room! Paired with encouraging time outside and keeping moving, Sweaty Gamer makes gaming more healthy, without taking the fun out of it!

As a parent or guardian; create accounts for your kids. You can set them challenges and - even more exciting - rewards! Set your own rewards, such as vouchers for gaming platforms, a healthy snack, or spending some quality time together for family movie night, and set a time limited series of challenges for the children to complete in order to earn their reward.
