Honestly this is a great app but there's one feature that drives me so crazy I had to give it one star. I like to sign up for all of my classes in advance for the month or I forget. But when I do that, for every third class I book I get a little pop-up notification asking me if I want to turn on notifications. I have notifications turned off in the app and I have notifications turned off in my phone settings. Why do you have to constantly keep asking me the same question? I'm not going to change my mind because of your annoying little popups! You also need a way that people can leave feedback or contact to the gym on the app

I used the app to book a spot for a class only to arrive to an empty studio. What’s the point of the app if you have to call ahead to double check the times?

Not sure why Joe or Wally has to be there while games are being played cause it kind of limits when u can play? & it’s not like it’s a bunch of high school kids who have to be monitored! Then it says full but u get there & theres 2 courts not being used? Then there’s this Group Play that’s not even shown on-line, so u get there & pretty soon all 6 courts are full & u can’t play cause ur not on this group play list? Or u walk past 3 tennis courts that aren’t being used? Sorry:) Thnx!
