• Lists are posted by surgeon’s secretaries for work across the county.

• Groups of selected preferred anaesthetists can be invited first by the secretaries before pushing invites to the wider pool of anaesthetists if necessary.

• Filters ensure anaesthetists only see work relevant to them as defined by the skill sets they have and the hospitals they have admitting rights at.

• Anaesthetists view the list information and select the lists they want to do.
