I’ve been a member for sometime and even supported this app for free via social media.. recently I cancelled my membership and was still charged. I reached out thinking they would understand and it was no big deal.. WRONG Charlene from customer service was rude and less than helpful or understanding.

I’ve been a member for about six months now and I don’t think they’ve added new restaurants in Austin since joining. Maybe one or two at most. I don’t understand why I would renew this app if new restaurants aren’t being added.
