Features & Capabilities

Welcome to a post-apocalyptic world where only small groups endure. Survival City Builder is an idle survival game where you manage survivors, scavenge for resources, repair a truck, and build the last shelter to outlast the ruins.

Explore the abandoned city, loot houses and vehicles for materials, craft tools, and upgrade facilities like dormitories, storage, a farm, and a medical center to care for the team. Launch expeditions to distant locations, strengthen your settlement, and unlock upgrades as you gather more resources to keep everyone alive.

User Reviews

Players generally enjoy the concept and short-session gameplay, but stability and content issues overshadow the positives. Common threads include heavy or disruptive ads, frequent bugs blocking progression, a limited number of levels, insufficient guidance, and save/restore problems. The ad-free option is appreciated, as is the indie feel, but many reviewers want more content and a more stable experience.
Pros
  • Fun concept and enjoyable for short play sessions.
  • High replayability; many players report replaying and still having fun.
  • Ad-free option by paying to remove ads supports developers and improves experience.
  • Lightweight, accessible mechanics easy to pick up.
  • Appreciated by fans of indie developers; positive for supporting small studios.
Cons
  • Excessive ads and monetization issues that hamper gameplay, even for users who bought ad-free version.
  • Frequent game-breaking bugs causing progression blockers (getting stuck, freezes, items not functioning, pathfinding issues).
  • Very limited content (only a couple of levels) with requests for more levels or a reset option.
  • Lack of in-game guidance or tutorials leaving players unsure how to progress.
  • Save/restore issues and data loss on restart or after finishing levels; cloud save problems.

The game broke when I went to a new level

Was having fun with the game. Paid the $5 for no ads because I immediately saw that the pathfinding was intentionally designed to take as long as possible for maximum ad views. But I figured, why not? Five bucks isn’t bad for a few hours of fun. Then the pathfinding completely broke at the end and my people stopped getting food from the farm. I’m not going to start over. I want a refund. This is why these ad based games suck. No attention to detail, just cash grabs.

As the title said. And Once u got through the higher level and the game said it is game over and put me back to the first lvl back to the beginning.
